The students of BTS participate in a recital at the end of the school year. The recital will be held on May 9th at the Hancock Performing Arts Center. Show times will be announced at a later date.
Two weeks prior to the recital, rehearsals will be scheduled at the studio and the theater. Continual absences cause unnecessary stress on both the teachers and the students. It is imperative that your child attends these rehearsals, as well as regular classes in the months leading up to the recital. Students with more than THREE (3) absences per class between the dates of February 24th and May 1st WILL be removed from that class and will not be allowed to perform in that recital piece. Students must be present for 50% of the scheduled class time to be considered present for that session.
Each family receives four (4) complimentary tickets to the recital of your choice. Any extra tickets which are needed by the family or friends will be sold for $10.00 each. Although we use a first come, first served system, no one will be allowed to purchase more than six (6) extra tickets (not including the four complimentary tickets) until every student has received at least their four (4) comp tickets. This is to ensure that everyone has a seat in the theater.
- Small Child/Medium Child: $65.00 each
- Large Child/Extra Large Child/Small Adult/Medium Adult: $80.00 each
- Large Adult: $85.00 each
- Extra Large Adult: $95.00 each
Costumes are made to order by the costume companies, therefore once the costumes are ordered, there will be NO REFUNDS given to anyone REGARDLESS OF THE CIRCUMSTANCES. There will be no exceptions to this policy. Tights and shoes are the responsibility of the student.
Costume Payments are due by November 1, 2019!! There will be ABSOLUTELY NO LATE PAYMENTS ACCEPTED.
Students must permanently settle on the classes they wish to take before the November 1st.
A $10.00 fee is also charged to any student who needs to exchange their costume for ANY reason.
